Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Intellectual Property
All photos, graphics, designs, videos, music, logo, text, and all other content on https://josephbrenna.com are the property of Joseph D. Brenna and are protected by copyright or and/or patent pending.

Brenna Method products and methods are protected by copyright and/or patent pending.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available on the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your email address, phone number, and credit card information. We collect only information that you give us or permit us to access. For further detail about how we handle this information view our privacy policy.

Brenna Method fretboard labels and Brenna Method flash cards purchased on the Service are guaranteed for six months. Fretboard labels subjected by the purchaser to extreme heat, for example by being left in a car with windows closed during hot weather, will not be replaced or refunded. Customers not satisfied for any other reason with fretboard labels purchased on the Service will receive replacement labels, or a refund, at the purchaser’s request, when the purchaser provides a written request within six months of purchase.

Purchases of private or group guitar lessons and other private or group instrument lessons made on the Service and purchases of bundled private or group lesson packages made on the Service are valid for one year from date of purchase. Such purchases expire one year from date of purchase and may not be redeemed or transferred to a third party.

Purchases of private guitar and other private instrument lessons made on the Service and purchases of bundled private lesson packages made on the Service may be transferred to a third party within one year from date of Purchase during the period when such Purchases are valid.

Purchases of private guitar and other private instrument lessons made on the Service and purchases of bundled private lesson packages made on the Service, when such lessons have not been scheduled by the purchaser or at the purchaser’s request, are refundable upon written request by the purchaser within 25 days of Purchase  Purchases of all private guitar and other private instrument lessons made on the Service and purchases of bundled private lesson packages made on the Service are non-refundable starting 25 days after purchase.

Within 25 days of Purchase, each private guitar and other private instrument lesson made on the Service which has been scheduled by the purchaser or at the purchaser’s request is refundable upon written request by the purchaser up to 48 hours before the lesson is scheduled to occur. Each lesson is not refundable when purchaser requests a refund less than 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled lesson. Purchases of all private guitar and other private instrument lessons made on the Service are non-refundable starting 25 days after purchase.

In order to reschedule private lessons purchased on the Service the purchaser must notify us no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson of intent to reschedule. Missed private lessons with less than 48 hours’ prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Purchases of group lesson packages made on the Service are refundable or transferable to a third party upon written request by the purchaser within 25 days of Purchase when such lessons have not been scheduled by the purchaser or at the purchaser’s request. Purchases of all group lesson packages made on the Service are non-refundable and non-transferable starting 25 days after purchase.

Purchases of group lesson packages made on the Service which have been scheduled by the purchaser or at the purchaser’s request are refundable within 25 days of purchase upon written request by the purchaser up to 14 days before the first scheduled group lesson within. Thereafter purchases of group lessons are not refundable.

Purchases of group lesson packages are transferable to a third party until the first lesson of the scheduled group of lessons takes place. Thereafter purchases of group lesson packages are not transferable to a third party.

When a purchaser misses a group lesson that was purchased as part of a group lesson package, the missed lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Links To Other Web Sites
The Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Brenna Method or Joseph Brenna.

Brenna Method and Joseph Brenna have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Brenna Method and Joseph Brenna shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
